Heinz
Heinz maintenance and training carried out as part of my role for The Grand Union. Training was for members of staff at Heinzon how to use the Umbraco CMS their site was built with. Training included how to create, update and maintain content and adding additional media to the site. Maintenance tasks were also carried out on the site. -
Freeview
PHP based development on the Freeview HD, Freeview Plus and What's New sections of the Freeview site. This included optimisation of the eZ Publish based website to ensure it could adequately handle an increase in traffic. -
E.on Great Saves / E.on Talking Energy
Maintenance work on these eZ Publish based sites. Amends included the addition of timed polls and amends onthe Flash competitions on the site. Other changes included incorporating changes made by third parties on to the site and providing stats using custom PHP scripts to extract information from eZ Publish. -
FilmClub
Developments in PHP, CSS and HTML carried out for the site, including enhancements to several key pages and bug fixes on the rest of the site.

David Linnard Portfolio/Blog
A simple wordpress site to hold details about myself and my work recently updated from a custom PHP solution. It was easy to setup and the majority of the work was creating the wordpress theme for use on the site. Third party extensions helped to speed up development and the built in Wordpress CMS is perfect for the purpose. The use of wordpress has made the site much more powerful and extendable and development work on it is much improved. An additional wordpress theme was setup for me to start writing a tech blog, in order to better articulate and demonstrate my technical skills and depth of knowledge. -
ElleUK
Redevelopment of large areas of the ELLEuk site including the redevelopment of Beauty, News and ELLE.tv. This also included taking a development lead role on the redevelopment of Catwalk. As well as upgrading the Content Management System, custom extensions and new sections of the site were created for the eZ Publish based site. -
Sugarscape
Development and Maintenance work on this popular site for teenage girls. As well as developing the games channel on the site, various other small enhancements were made and maintenance tasks on the site carried out. -
Red's Hot Women 2009
The microsite was created for Red Magazine for their inaugural "Red's Hot Women Awards in association with Calvin Klein Euphoria" which celebrates the achievements of women in industry. The code for the site was created from a set of flat JPEG images and all logic was constructed using PHP. The necessary CSS, HTML and javascript on the was also implemented on the site. -

Maintenance tasks performed on the Psychologies website including Flash and style fixes. -
